To make sure your dental practice can fully benefit from the CRTX Agent + Platform, there are a few key requirements to ensure smooth integration and optimal functionality. Our platform is designed to be easily added to your existing website and marketing systems, but it’s essential that the following technical aspects are in place for everything to work seamlessly. making it simple for both your patients and your team to manage the appointment process efficiently.

Website integration via simple JavaScript
The CRTX Agent + Platform can be quickly integrated into any website with a simple JavaScript snippet. This snippet enables the Agent to capture leads, respond to inquiries, and dynamically track phone calls and form submissions. It’s a lightweight code addition that gives your practice the full power of the platform without the need for major website changes.
Important: Dynamic Phone Numbers

To accurately track the sources of your phone leads, the JavaScript snippet on your website is essential. It dynamically swaps out your standard phone number with tracking numbers based on how visitors arrive at your site (e.g., from Google Ads, social media, or organic search). Without this script, the phone tracking feature will not function, and you won’t be able to correctly attribute leads to their sources.

Form tracking requirements
The CRTX Platform can also track leads generated through website forms, but there’s an important requirement: the form on your website must be built using standard HTML markup. If your forms are embedded via an iframe, the platform will not be able to track submissions or capture lead data correctly. Ensuring that your forms are part of the standard HTML on the page is crucial for successful integration.

Google Ads & GA4 integration
For the CRTX Platform to fully integrate with your Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts, your practice must have admin-level access to these accounts. Additionally, you’ll need to grant CRTX access to both the Google Ads and GA4 accounts so that we can accurately track ad performance, lead generation, and ROI metrics. This integration allows the platform to optimize campaigns and track patient acquisition journeys effectively.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising integration
If your practice runs ads on Facebook or Instagram through Meta’s advertising system, there are a few essential requirements to integrate with the CRTX Platform. Your practice must have a Meta Business Account and an Ads Manager set up. Both are required to allow the platform to track, optimize, and report on your ad performance. Additionally, CRTX will need access to your Meta Ads Manager to ensure complete tracking and reporting capabilities.
